Located at the southern entrance of the NDS, it accommodate 250 cars, and offers the following services:
- open to visitors 24/24
- various types of subscription (per hour, daily)
- seven floors distributed as follows:
Floors 1, 0 and -1 for visitors
Floor -2 for physicians
Floor -3, -4 and -5 for staff members
- a small parking space near block C, is earmarked for hemodialysis and radiotherapy patients.
