The Otolaryngology and Cervico-Facial Surgery Teaching Department provides diagnosis, medical treatment, and surgery for all patients suffering from ear, nose, sinus, larynx, throat, face and neck diseases.

It is open to both adults and children.

The various conditions treated in our ENT Department are:

  • Ear conditions: hearing impairments, balance disorders, tinnitus, and otitis.
  • Nose and sinus conditions: Nasal obstruction, nose and sinus disorders, such as acute or chronic rhinosinusitis, and benign or malignant tumors of the nose and sinuses.
  • Pharynx and larynx disorders: voice disorders, benign or malignant tumors, pharyngolaryngitis.
  • Facial paralysis and salivary gland disorders.  

Within the framework of rhinology, the ENT Department handles all cases of plastic surgery (septoplasty and rhinoplasty). 

Several otolaryngologists also provide ENT consultations at the CHUNDS outpatient clinics.

Emergencies are handled by the ENT team within the ER.
